Since graduating from The Cass Business School in the UK with a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor with Honors in Management, Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani has worked for his family’s firm. Aside from that, he has done BSc in Business Management from City’s Business School in Dubai. His accomplishments have earned him the High Achiever Award from Edexcel, a British international education and assessment organization founded in 1996. Further, he oversees the nearly 5000 student profiles managed by ISCS Sharjah’s Students’ Council as Vice President.

The CEO of Rubber World Industry LLC is Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani and he has also won the award of CEO of the year from CBNME (Construction Business News Middle East). The Shaikhani Group of Companies, an international corporate conglomerate, launched the region’s first closed-cell rubber insulation company, Rubber World Industry LLC, also known as “RWI,” in the Gulf and South East Asia. Gulf-O-Flex is a premium brand name for this product.

Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani has been implementing various novel strategies during his time at RWI, and as a result, the company has grown by double digits. He successfully led many certifications for the corporation and its products, including DCD, DCL, UL, FM, etc. One of the significant accomplishments made during his leadership is indeed the products’ Singapore Green Building Certification.

RWI opened new showrooms in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom to expand the product reach and meet client demand in various geographic areas. Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani oversaw significant projects like the FedEx Logistics complex, Shobha Heartland, and Tilal Alghaf by Majid Al Futtaim, according to project accomplishments.

The Shaikhani Foundation and Chairperson and The Rabia Charity Foundation are two among the numerous international and local welfare organizations that Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani supports and directs. The foundation’s mission is to advance the welfare of contemporary society, and it has taken the helm of numerous initiatives and programs designed to provide aid and assistance to those in need.

Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani has proved himself as a diversified business professional during the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Apart from the HVAC business field, he introduced an innovative product “Gulf-o-Gate Disinfection Chamber”. It was a great success and also a good support for the public as well. Along with the Product Innovation, during the same pandemic situation, Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani took great initiatives to secure the safe working environment for staff by transformation of many manuals works into automation and staff could work from anywhere in the word by using advance technologies and thus maintained the safe working atmosphere too.

The Rabia Charitable Foundation is headed by Mr. Mujtaba Shaikhani. It was established 19 years ago to eradicate poverty, advance high standards in healthcare and education, support children with special needs, and collaborate closely with NGOs around the world to create job opportunities. They have constructed mosques, hospitals that provide free care for registered and homeless individuals as well as reduced rates for the general public, units with self-generating revenue facilities, and housing projects that currently house over 3,200 families.
