Cognizant of the importance of flavour combinations, Fouquet’s is delighted to introduce a savoury selection that can be added onto the afternoon tea experience. The marriage of sweet and savoury strikes the perfect balance for all palates.

For an additional AED 180 for two people, this mouth-watering savoury selection includes two Parisian Ficelle baguettes with turkey ham and Comté cheese, two toasted brioche sandwiches with smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese, two tomato and spinach quiche, two prawn, avocado and caviar quiche and six truffle pommes Dauphine with gribiche sauce.  

With the afternoon tea presented in a luxurious red case and the savoury selection on an elegant-tiered stand, guests will be wowed by the experience.
