Learn from the best pitmasters around about how to fire up the grill like a pro, and learn how to make a crowd-pleasing recipe that you can take home. Using mouth watering fresh meats from Aramtec, you’ll get to cook them to smokey perfection using premium Exit 10 BBQs and equipment.
BLACK + DECKER & NOOR OIL CULINARY STAGE:
New for 2024, The BLACK+DECKER & Noor Oil Culinary Stage will give you the chance to watch as star chefs demonstrate how they perfect their signature dishes. It’s your chance to ask your culinary hero exactly how much salt they include in a pinch, how to properly quenelle a mousse, coddle an egg, and so much more! Using Black + Decker appliances and Noor Oils, witness how star chefs make their signature recipes with your favourite household oil, and whip up amazing dishes on appliances you can use at home!
KIBSONS COOK SCHOOL
In the Kibsons Cook School, you’ll be guided through a hands-on fun and flavourful recipe led by a pro chef using fresh Kibsons products. The highlight of the this year’s culinary line-up, Taste of Abu Dhabi is introducing an all new competition that YOU can get involved in to win big with the International Centre of Culinary Arts!
